Welcome to Canna Consulting Limited Canna Consulting Limited was set up in 2006 to bring a source of expertise in process management and provision of information services to the market place particularly, but not exclusively in sales and marketing. Canna Consulting Limited provides Business Consultancy across all areas of business with a particular focus on Sales and Marketing and the use of Business Intelligence in gaining and/or maintaining competitive advantage. We have proven solutions and models in the areas of Sales Reporting, Sales Forecasting, Sales Target administration and Bonus and Incentive Schemes, and experience of ETMS/CRM Systems, Business Analysis and Intelligence and Data Warehousing, Finance, Logistics (e.g. Waste Packaging Compliance) and HR (e.g. Appraisal Schemes). The models are based on Microsoft Office Applications and can be tailored to the individual requirements of the enterprise. We can and do work with other industrystandard software and applications where these are appropriate. We work closely with your management teams to review your existing procedures and systems to deliver a range of improvement options. We can then develop bespoke systems where these are required and can provide routine maintenance and Help Desk Services.
It is the aim of Canna Consulting Limited to work collaboratively with you and your management team to identify the opportunities available to your organisation. Canna Consulting Limited would then work to suggest a range of options and possible solutions from which an ideal pathway to success can be identified. Working flexibly with you Canna Consulting Limited can provide time and resources for your enterprise. From as little as a few days to analyse a problem area and suggest possible solutions to 1-2 days a week for a period to implement a project to 1-2- days a month on a retainer basis to provide additional resources to maintain systems, all options are acceptable bases for working agreements.
