If other software solutions are specified we can either utilise these or find resources that are capable of realising the benefits for you..

Our methodologies are not industry or sector specific and are based on proven practice. Our extensive experience in the quite specialised pharmaceutical industry has given exceptional grounding in being able to understand issues in any sector.

We work flexibly with you and your organisation and based upon your needs. This may vary from a specific short term project taking a few days either as a block or over a more extended period to interim management for more complex projects that may require a few days a month for a period of months to a maintenance style arrangement where we make time available over a more extended period, say 1-2 days a month over a year. This type of arrangement is suitable where a system is installed and needs to be externally managed in the absence of in-house resources.

The time requirement may, therefore, vary from a few days to 1-2 days a week to 1-2 days a month, all are acceptable working relationships for us, it depends upon your project.

As part of this approach Canna Consulting Limited would help you to review your existing procedures and systems. It is important that solutions have both in-house champions and a committed user base.

A considered range of possible solutions would then be proposed by Canna Consulting Limited as potential answers to the issues we have identified.

On your instructions we would then propose a pathway to achieve the result. This may be to develop bespoke systems for you, perhaps based on our branded families of solutions, or a more significant investment in third party software and expertise.

If your resources are limited we can enter into maintenance arrangements to maintain the systems either at your premises or remotely and obviate the need for expensive in-house provision.
